Additional info/contents	The different generations have different perceptions of time and different life tempos. Children usually do not yet have a sense of time at all. They are there, living in the here and now. They do not know the past and are not afraid of the future. Children are full of a lust for adventure and life - and sometimes still clumsily grope through life. The working people live in a very exhausting phase of life, because they bear the whole responsibility. Their life is planned through, metric, strict and the years go by faster than you can process them. In old age, the pace of life becomes a little slower. Older people have learned to have a calmer and wiser view of life. They are also no longer at the mercy of this enormous pressure. However, the steps also become more difficult and slower in old age. These generations are confronted with each other every day and most of the time they do not really understand each other. Sometimes it is as if they speak different languages. There are tensions, misunderstandings and prejudices. But in the end none of the generations can exist on its own, because a society can only function if the different generations come together, communicate with each other and take care of each other. It's like the individual voices in an orchestra: of course, each musician can play on his or her own - but only when everyone plays music together can the fantastic sounds of a piece of music unfold. Kurt Gäble has musically represented the characteristics of the different generations. During the composition one can hear how they come closer to each other and finally form a wonderful unity - in the "dialogue of the generations".
