Additional info/contents	Compulsory piece in the first category of the Flicorno d'Oro 2025 competition, it is inspired by Italian post-war film music. In this context, quotes from Giuseppe Verdi's most famous works are inserted. The composition consists of three movements (Allegro, Adagio, Allegro). The melody and composition are inspired by the soundtracks of Italian post-World War II films. The work contains flashes of melodic fragments from Giuseppe Verdi's most famous pages. Sometimes these quotes seem to be in clear contrast, sometimes they enter into a symbiosis with the musical context, almost as if they wanted to underline the variety of meanings of the verb "to play".
