But the choral works of the long-successful choral conductor also bear witness to the great power that so distinguishes his symphonies. In Thomas Doss' transcription of Os Justi for wind orchestra, this power has been preserved, as has the character and homogeneity of a choral work. This work is a transcription for wind band. Altough this is an adaptation, it should not lose the character or homogeneity of a choral work.
