Additional info/contents	This expressive new work by Thomas Doss takes its inspiration from on an old Romanian legend in which a young princess falls in love with Luceafarul, the evening star, who she can see every night from her bed. She starts talking to him and when he finally returns her love, she begs him to come down to her and give up his immortality. One night, he climbs down in human form to take her up to heaven. The princess is frightened and rejects him so Luceafarul turns to his father, Heaven, and asks him to turn him into a human being. Meanwhile, a beautiful young man at the court successfully wins over the princess. One night, when she is lying in his arms, the sight of the evening star brings back the longing for the love of her life however Luceafarul realises that this love is impossible.
