Additional info/contents	La Cucaracha (Spanish for cockroach, cockroach) is a Spanish folk song. As a contrafact it became a Mexican revolutionary song whose refrain probably alludes to General Victoriano Huerta. He was called la cucaracha because of his consumption of alcohol and drugs, allegedly he could not walk without marijuana. The text of individual verses ridicules the troops of President Venustiano Carranza and pays homage to the revolutionary and gang leader Francisco ("Pancho") Villa. There are innumerable different text variants in which reference is made to the most diverse persons. In addition, there is a version in 3/4 time and a slightly less known version in 4/4 time.
