Additional info/contents	This piece was commissioned by the Oyama City Symphonic Wind Orchestra in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, on the occasion of its 30th anniversary. The composer was inspired by Oyama City's slogan, "water" "green", and "earth", to write this festive fanfare. The composer knows the orchestra's regular conductor Susuma Hara very well, and has visited them in rehearsal several times. so he understands this orchestra's characteristics. Their speciality is to "sing out" in a heartfelt and energetic way, so this style is integrated into this fanfare. An introduction opens gently, followed by a fanfare leading to a magnificent chorale. Then it turns into an energetic and fast theme in irregular meter. This is a short but dramatic piece, typical of Yagisawa's writing.
