Additional info/contents	"A Princess’s Tale" draws upon one of the best-known fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm—"Schneewittchen" (Snow White)—found in their famous collection. Tradition holds that the story took place in the Spessart region, specifically in Lohr am Main—a town also known as "Snow White City"—and at the local fairy-tale castle. Thomas Doss used this connection to link the story to the area, even incorporating the melody of the famous "Spessart-Lied" (Spessart Song) into all four movements. The work was commissioned by the Main-Spessart District Youth Orchestra. I. Once Upon a Time II. The Seven Dwarfs III. The Glass Coffin IV.
