Satoshi Yagisawa komponierte das Stück, um eine „Illusion von Hokkaido in der Morgendämmerung“ zu erwecken. Das Werk beginnt mit einer leisen und wunderschönen Einleitung, in der die Landschaft beschrieben wird. Die Musik steigert sich bis zu einer festlichen Fanfare, bevor eine tiefe Gelassenheit zum Schluss hin eintritt.
