Additional info/contents	The 1990 concert series took place soon after the Central Band has completed a tour of Canada and the USA with the BBC Concert Orchestra and the BBC Singers, given fifteen concerts of the thema of the Battle of Britain. The stirring march was one of the pieces written specially for the tour and takes its title from the call-sign of British Airways who not only sponsored the work but also played a large part in making the tour possible.
