Additional info/contents	With his polka "Rosamunde" the Bohemian composer Jaromír Vejvoda achieved a real world hit. His piece, composed in 1927, was originally called "Škoda lásky" ("A pity for love") in the Czech original title, but was soon translated into other languages and became popular around the world. In the Anglo-American language area the song was successful as "Beer Barrel Polka" thanks to swinging versions, for example by Glenn Miller or the Andrews Sisters. Kurt Gäble's arrangement is based on the original Bohemian character of the polka, whereby he has succeeded in creating an absolutely contemporary version of the well-known classic.
