Additional info/contents	With this rumba-style composition, Peter Kleine Schaars invites us to a relaxed sailing trip in the Caribbean. The feeling of freedom on board is reflected in an extended melody framed by a series of colourful harmonies to the movements of the water, while the percussion skilfully keeps the ship on course. Who doesn't dream of such an adventure? Although the musical themes and accompaniment consist of a combination of different rhythm units that occur only occasionally, the composition sounds very natural and flowing. Since rhythm units 1 to 8 are certainly part of the basic skills of your ensemble, the focus of this composition is rather on rhythm units 9 to 13. The instrumentation is designed so that these "new rhythm units" occur in all voices, so that all orchestra members are familiarised with these rhythms.
