Additional info/contents	"Über sieben Brücken" is the second album by the German rock group Karat. It was released in 1979 in what was then East Germany. The group subsequently became one of the country's most successful bands, and "Über sieben Brücken muss du gehn" (You Must Go Over Seven Bridges) became one of the most popular German-language songs of all time. Many artists have since covered the song, including Chris de Burgh and Helene Fischer. In 1980, Peter Maffay sang "Über sieben Brücken muss du gehn" (You Must Go Over Seven Bridges) - on the other side of the wall. This version of the song became even more famous, which is why many people still associate Peter Maffay with the hit today.
