Additional info/contents	For the 150th anniversary of the state of Texas, USA, the American composer James Curnow composed Lone Star Celebration. The work begins with a brilliant opening fanfare, which is followed by a scherzo. A ballad with a contemplative character provides a calm middle section. The ending is shaped by an upbeat allegro, introduced by the return of the opening fanfare.
