Additional info/contents	Schubert wrote several military marches. However, they were only written for piano two or four hands. This new arrangement of the 'Military March No.3' for wind orchestra attempts to reflect the era in which the composer lived and in which he delighted his fellow men with his compositions. The entire piece should - despite the title - be interpreted transparently, with a large melodic arc, light passages and transparent horns and trombones as well as flexible percussion.
