Anton Hofmann, a name that enjoyed a resounding reputation in the world of wind music in Austria for over seven decades. As bandmaster of the local band in Pfaffstätten and active participant in the Lower Austrian Wind Band Association, he left an impressive musical footprint. A highlight of his oeuvre is undoubtedly the "Revue Marsch", a work of timeless brilliance.

Anton Hofmann's musical legacy includes over 100 works, many of which have also appeared in print. Among these treasures, the "Revue Marsch" stands out as the pièce de résistance of his oeuvre. This march combines virtuoso melodies, precise arrangements and an impressive musical variety. The music speaks of joy, love of life and community spirit and has the ability to inspire people of all ages.

The "Revue March" became a trademark of Anton Hofmann and the Ortskapelle Pfaffstätten.
