Additional info/contents	The composition Music for Festival was first produced at the Week of New Music in Prague in autumn 1984, performed by the Czech Army Central Band. The festive fanfares opening it are followed by a lively melody with an alternating quaver rhythm. The middle part is a slow one with a sweeping melody, and the introductory motive recurs in the final part.
