Additional info/contents	It is based on the Somerset folksong "Waly, Waly" though the theme does not appear until fig.18 in the clarinet. The opening allegro 6/8 section and the second theme (andante fig.13) turn out to be countermelodies to the folksong, and the three themes are combined at fig.24.
