Additional info/contents	Festival showcases Williams' maturing compositional voice and his ability to weave many musical influences together to make his own unique style. After composing this piece for band in 1959, Williams wrote an orchestral version the following year. While the orchestral version (transposed up whole step) was never published, the band version was released by Summy-Bichard in 1962.
