Programme notes: A meeting with the governor in Eferding, on the occasion of an anniversary event of the local town band, often brought the quoted "dot on the I". Behold, I was literally overcome by "the muses kissed me" and I myself had great fun with the "birth" of this waltz. Let it be understood as a declaration of love to my Upper Austrian homeland.
