Additional info/contents	In the autumn of 1964 the arranger heard this march, which was played by a Portuguese band in Barcelona, for the first time. The conductor of this orchestra gave Bramböck a handwritten score, which he arranged for the Amras band. After the performance there were so many requests that he gave copies of his arrangement to some friends. It was only when pirate copies began to spread at home and abroad, which were "improved" by some conductors without the arranger's consent, that he decided to publish an official edition. Unfortunately, despite an intensive search for the composer Francisco Marques Neto, no sign of life could be found. Not even the Portuguese authors' association 'Sociedade Portuguesa de Autores' was aware of the name, so that this march could only be published with the special permission of this association.
