Additional info/contents	The varied introductory exercises for wind orchestra were written for the beginning of a rehearsal. [A]-[E] At the beginning, easy tone exercises to control breathing and intonation. [G] The tone is produced exclusively with the air and not with the tongue. [H]-[I] Small technical exercises that can be played in a variety of articulations and bindings. The director is the conductor. In bar [1]-[78] the most important rhythms of the wind music literature occur. Single bars or whole passages can be used. A major or minor key always serves as the basis. Every conductor is free to include the percussion. It is also possible to divide different exercises among the whole orchestra.
