This music can and wants to help. It is actually wonderfully composed silence in the sense that one pauses, begins to meditate, for which the singing bowl is also a symbol, circular, continuous, without corners and edges, a constant "balanced" sound. Let us take time to find the inner centre of our soul with this music, because in the right balance, in equilibrium, we can experience our existence more intensely and more valuably.
